Customer ID and Serial Number Isn't Validating  3/2/2006

We've received a few comments about people not being able to validate their customer id and serial number. The problem most likely is in the leading zero of your serial number. For example, let’s say your customer id is 012345 and your serial number is 012345-ABCDEF. Try removing the leading zero in your serial number (customer id: 012345, serial number: 12345-ABCDEF) when validating. If you still to have problems, feel free to email me at rproctor@dentrix.com.
